What is Total Guard?

Total Guard is an officer and post management control system designed by Bridge Security Services Inc. It has two mobile apps, Total Guard and Total Guard Reports

How does it work?

The Total Guard system starts by giving the command center operator control of all operations related to the operation of a post. The main screen has a system of alerts to replace absent officers, positions not operating 24 hours and special services. Total Guard also provides a check-in, break and check-out system for each officer. Every function is digitized: Rosters, shifts and a series of reports crucial for good information management for our customers.

Each officer has a unique username and password to access the mobile application. Through it, arrival at the post and shift entry, break and shift exit are recorded. Each post has geo-zones, which prevents the officer from checking in outside the post, as it reads the location at the time of attempting shift check-in. In addition, leaving the post before the shift end time, or loss of Internet or location is indicated to the retainer as a critical alert.

Novelties

Through web access and the mobile app, Total Guard provides the option to report novelties with photo (optional). They immediately reach the control center operator and also eliminates the need for a printed book of novelties. The novelty records the exact date and time of submit, name and ID of the official sending it, location (GPS) where it was sent and provides access to the customer to be able to see them through the Total Guard Reports application and through Web.

Incidents

Through web access and the mobile app, Total Guard provides the option to report incidents. They immediately arrive at the control center with detailed information of the incident such as type of incident (structural or vehicular), number of claim, information and officer’s license that attends, photo and post-incident instructions. Incidents also record the exact date and time of submit, name and ID of the sending officer, location (GPS) where it was sent and provides access to the customer to be able to see them through the Total Guard Reports application and through web.
